Fitness and Wellbeing

Each week, this course, will do a 1 hour circuit/fitness session which will suit all levels of fitness.

Included in each weeks session will be warm up, cool down, stretch and demonstration for each technique and time for reflection where you can write in your book or diary feelings, exercise movements performed or any other notes.

The first session will be about simple exercises/movements and not include any equipment.  Depending on group discussion each further session will extend more and may include equipment.

About your tutor

Kia Ora, I'm Sharn. I am a qualified personal trainer and holistic massage therapist who loves the outdoors and living life to the fullest! I have a passion for helping others and would love to share my wellness and fitness journey with those who are keen to get theirs started.
