Join in this 8-week journey through self-reflective, explorative, and mindful arts activities, with a different theme/focus each week. Together we will explore creating a healthier relationship with our inner worlds, our relationships with others, and our connection to the greater world around us.
No prior art or creative experience required – this course is open to all who are curious to explore.
****While some of the processes in this course will be similar to those done in creative arts therapy, this class is not designed to provide therapy.
