With a warm, supportive and down-to-earth approach, Tracy enjoys helping people develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food. Originally from Ireland, she brings plenty of encouragement, compassion and a touch of humour to her teaching, creating a relaxed environment where people feel comfortable learning and asking questions.
Although her professional background is in environmental management and consultancy, her own struggles with food inspired her to study in the hope of finding lasting healing. The transformation she experienced was life changing and sparked a passion for helping others achieve the same freedom.
Drawing on her training in nutrition, intuitive eating and the psychology of eating, Tracy now supports people through workshops, coaching and public speaking. She is passionate about helping people understand the root causes of their relationship with food, moving beyond diets and willpower to create sustainable, positive change.
Combining professional expertise with lived experience, Tracy offers practical, achievable strategies that empower people to reconnect with their bodies, trust themselves around food, and enjoy eating without guilt or fear. Nothing is more rewarding to her than seeing people experience the confidence and freedom that comes from understanding themselves and making meaningful, lasting progress.
