Practical nutrition and eating skills for everyday life.

This course is for busy adults who want to stay on track with food for health and weight management.

This course is designed to help you understand:
– The two key drivers of unhelpful food habits (physiological and psychological)
– Which foods balance and satisfy your unique body type and how to provide it through planning/preparation/new eating skills
– Your unique ’emotional eating’ style and triggers plus develop a roadmap to manage
– How to use functional breathing techniques to manage stress and apply to ‘learnt’ eating skills.

To help keep the cost of this course down we receive Government Funding and they require proof of residency/citizenship status. When you enrol you may be asked to provide a CERTIFIED copy of your Identity Documentation – click here for a full list of accepted IDocs.
