Rebecca (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Nutrition and is an associate registered nutritionist with the Nutrition Society of New Zealand. She currently works as a support worker at an eating disorder recovery center and as a nutritionist through @notes.from.a.nutritionist. Rebecca is passionate about teaching, having worked as a tutor for nutrition degree students, a teacher aide, and in outdoor education.
Rebecca loves supporting people to improve their nutrition and overall wellbeing. Some areas of nutrition she particularly enjoys include plant based nutrition, sport nutrition, and empowering people to make sustainable changes. She likes helping people learn to separate nutrition facts from fads, to focus on what’s really important and worth their time.
Her favourite foods are feijoas, blueberries, icecream, and chocolate. Rebecca would love to see you in class to teach you tips for making good nutrition easy to include in your life!
