I am a born and bred Southlander, (don’t hold that against me), from Invercargill. I studied music from a young age, having been taught by the Dominican sisters. I work in a law firm during the week but also teach piano at my home. Music, without a doubt, is my passion. I am always singing, whistling or dancing, much to the disruption of my colleagues. My pleasure comes from seeing the joy people get when, they too realise, they can learn an instrument. My style of teaching is not the norm! I like to have fun and ensure everyone is at ease. In my view there is no such thing as a pupil who cannot learn the instrument, it is a teacher who doesn’t have the skills to reach their souls!!
