This course will teach you how to sew, further your knowledge of how to use a sewing machine and how to follow a commercial pattern to make a basic garment.
You will learn how to choose a pattern, select and prepare the material before cutting it and taking body measurements.
Bring your own machine (please ensure it is in working condition) or use the Bernina sewing machines available.
There may be a mixture of skills in the class but the tutor will cater for individual levels where possible.
