If you enjoy a regular takeout meal but are looking for a healthier and more affordable option this course will satisfy your cravings.
Learn to make some of your favourite takeaway dishes using everyday ingredients, basic techniques and healthy swaps, that pack heaps of flavour, on a budget. The course covers a range of cuisines and features versions of takeaway go-to’s like pizza, fish & chips, curry and poke bowls.
Master the ‘fakeaway’ with this hands-on course and learn tips and tricks to recreate your favourite dishes at home.
Approximate weekly costs for ingredients are $20 per session but varies from week to week. Also may vary depending on food prices.
Learners to supply their own ingredients (welcome to work in pairs to save costs), tea towels, dish clothes and hand towels and containers with lids to take home any left overs.
