This course covers an introduction to various spices used in Indian Cooking as well as basic recipes.
The dishes are easy to prepare and include butter chicken, dhal and roti.
A list of ingredients and recipes will be given out during each session for the following week.
The tutor will start with a demonstration and students will prepare dishes to take home.
Learners to supply own tea towels, dish cloths and hand towels.
Approximate additional weekly ingredients costs $20 – $40 but this may vary depending on food prices and type of recipes. Learners can work in pairs to save on cost of ingredients.
