Better Sleep & Relaxation Workshop

Do you wish to enhance your life’s quality with better sleep and relaxation? Relaxation is one of the most powerful, yet simple ways to support our self-healing, to soothe mind and body, to refresh, renew, revitalise, and rejuvenate.

This workshop will introduce you to a range of restorative yoga and easy meditation techniques that will help you unwind. Experience a deep guided relaxation, enjoy the soothing frequencies of Tibetan Bowl sounds and other forms of sound healing, explore Marma Therapy (Ayurvedic Acupressure points) for self-healing, and learn how Mudra gestures and Mantras support balance and relaxation. The workshop will also touch on how aromatherapy with essential oils can quickly and effectively calm the brain through the power of scent, and many more tools to choose from.

A take-home information booklet accompanies the workshop which can be used for notes during the workshop and that will support your continued restorative practice at home.
