Russian Language Absolute Beginners
Level 1 (Beginners)
Learning to speak a new language – building a simple vocabulary, introduction to basic rules of grammar and coming to grips with pronunciation. Learn to listen and speak in a new way. For beginners who have absolutely no prior knowledge of the language.
This course is for absolute beginners. It gives students, with no prior knowledge of Russian, a firm basis in the language and provides background information on aspects of Russian life.
It aims to develop listening, writing, reading and speaking skills with topics range from greetings and introducing yourself to talking about your family and town.

Evgenia is a native Russian speaker, a linguist and a language teacher with 20 years’ experience in teaching. She is the recipient of an Excellence Award in tutoring for Russian Language in 2001.
