Pattern Making Support Workshop

This one-off support session is for those learners that have previously completed a patternmaking or garment copy workshop and feel they need some extra support to complete their patterns or blocks.

These 3-hour support sessions are designed to be attended as often as needed to build skills and complete projects.  Examples of projects a learner maybe working through include: completing drafting of blocks to personal measurement, fitting of toiles created from blocks or patterns, applying fit amendments to the block or pattern, patternmake & develop complex design features to execute a personal design and complete a sewing pattern (for example develop linings, facings and collars etc), complete an accurate sewing pattern, calculate yield, notions and construction process or complete garment copy projects to a final accurate sewing pattern.

It is essential that a previous patternmaking workshop has been attended as this session is designed to support previous learners with a current project using skills developed in previous workshops.  This course is not suitable for the first time patternmaking learner, refer to the website for other patternmaking course options.
