This workshop is for those who have completed a pattern making workshop and would like hands-on guidance from a tutor to support the completion of their pattern or block.
During this session, you will work through your own project with the tutor available to answer any questions and provide some one-on-one support. Examples of projects you could work through include: completing drafting of blocks to personal measurement, fitting of toiles created from blocks or patterns, applying fit amendments to the block or pattern, patternmake and develop complex design features to execute a personal design and complete a sewing pattern (for example develop linings, facings and collars etc), complete an accurate sewing pattern, calculate yield, notions and construction process or complete garment copy projects to a final accurate sewing pattern.
To enrol in this workshop you must have completed a previous Risingholme pattern making workshop. Learners will need to bring all items relating to their project including toiles and patternmaking equipment.
