Zentangle Introduction Workshop

The Zentangle Method is an easy to learn, relaxing and fun way to create amazing images by drawing structured patterns.  In this day course you will discover the best tips and tricks to creating Zentangle patterns, a super relaxing and creative form of mindfulness. Increase your awareness and focus, get absorbed and feel more confident while making your own unique and original art, following the 8 steps of the Zentangle Method from a certified Zentangle teacher.

At its heart, Zentangle art is all about being in the moment, focussing in and paying attention to your current line with a rhythm and a flow, it pushes away worries and distractions.  The drawings unfold in an unplanned, yet structured way. So enjoy the day discovering your creative side, even if you think you don’t have one! You might surprise yourself! If you can hold a pen you can do this.

Learn about borders, strings and shading. Learn your first tangles and discover the world of Crescent moon, Hollibaugh, Bales and Printemps.  It feels great to have creativity flowing, as anything is possible one stroke at a time®, there are no mistakes here!  After step by step instruction you will make and take home your amazing images and have discovered a new way to relax.

All materials are provided in the course fee, however feel free to bring any drawing and colouring materials you enjoy working with. Tea and coffee available, but please bring your own lunch/snacks.
