While we offer full 6 week courses in all 3 of these cuisines this course is an opportunity for learners to sample each without having to complete a full length course or to find out which taste is preferred and enrol in our full length courses to gain more knowledge and recipes. Once enrolled and paid you will receive the course information sheet outlining the ingredients needed for the first session of each cuisine, the second list will be given out in class.
