Not only is the kitchen the place for preparing meals but also where we normally meet with family and friends where we have a chat and feel at home. Lets meet in the kitchen, cook traditional German food and talk about Gundis’ background from the southwestern region of Swabia. She will explain some German vocabulary and expressions and talk about culture and traditions.
You will learn how to cook typical Swabian recipes, some might have been handed down for generations. Swabian cuisine has a reputation for being rustic, rich and hearty.
There will be an additional cost each week incurred to purchase the list of ingredients to bring each week.
