Learn how to prepare simple yet delicious Italian recipes mainly from the Naples and Rome area. Learn how to prepare a full dinner with entrée, pasta sauce, a main course and dessert.

Approximate additional weekly cost of ingredients $20 – $30 but this may vary depending on food prices and type of recipes chosen by students. 

Students to supply own tea towels, dish cloths and hand towels.
