Discovering more about your Creative Self

Using the power and metaphor of imagery, symbols and creative mediums we will explore our creativity.

Inspiration will be drawn from the gardens at Risingholme for some of our creative explorations.

• Expand your competency in exploring various art mediums, cross thresholds of self-doubt in the journey of creativity while discovering satisfaction of achievement in self-expression.
• How to find inspiration in nature by exploring the Risingholme gardens looking for repeating patterns and shapes of leaves, flowers, and trees.
• Explore the curiosity of symbols and language that resonates within our inner worlds, this will be through individual learner’s research of history of ancient wisdoms and culture, including some exploration in Sacred Geometry.
• An opportunity to develop the senses – sight, smell, hearing, intuition and be more in tune with the rhythm of the earth and cycles of the Moon.
