This course is for Adults to enrol in to learn how to write books and stories for Children.

A two day course for anyone who wants to write books and stories for children.  Michele will run workshops covering plotting, expectations for each age group, characterisation, dialogue and making every word count.

About your tutor

Michele has worked in education for over 20 years and now works as a freelance writer, with over 300 articles to her name. She has ghost-written two young adult books, and written a trilogy for middle-grade readers, the first of which, the Uncooperative Flying Carpet, was published in the USA in August, 2018 by MJ Kids. She is currently writing picture books and a young reader series. She has been teaching creative writing to children and adults over the past four years. Verity has been teaching people with learning disabilities for two years and illustrating for over seven years. She teaches children drawing in order to help them learn to observe and replicate what they see in sketches.
