Not sure if Yoga is right for you?  This 1 week taster session lets you explore Jennifer's yoga styles without committing to a full 8 week course.

This is an introduction to Yoga at Risingholme. Are you curious about Yoga? This session introduces you to basic yoga, breathing and meditation. This is an interactive class so we will stop for a shared herbal tea as part of my commitment to the social part of yoga.

Classes are beneficial for all ages and levels of experience, and modifications always offered to suit individuals’ needs.  Classes are suitable for attending for multiple terms. 

Students need to be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor for all Yoga classes.  No medical condition without prior medical approval.  We advise an empty stomach at least two hours prior to your class.

About your tutor

Jennifer took up Yoga whilst her children were young and then made the transition to teaching after attended 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. She has gone full circle on her Yoga Journey, travelling to India in 2000. Yoga is very individual, we all have different bodies, different wants and needs, safety is important and learning the art of extending our practice whilst keeping ourselves safe is the key, utilizing Pranayama to re-connect with our bodies and avoid the fluctuations of the mind.
