A course of yoga flexibility movements, postures (Asana) and breathing exercises (Pranayama) followed by relaxation.
Yoga has been designed to improve your flexibility and posture with traditional hatha yoga knowledge. Each week you will learn the sequence, variations of poses and breathing for optimum health. Asanas are a powerful antidote to the stress of modern day life.
Students need to be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor for a Yoga class. No medical condition without medical approval. Bring own mat and wear comfortable clothing. We advise an empty stomach at least two hours prior to your class.

Jennifer took up Yoga whilst her children were young and then made the transition to teaching after attended 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. She has gone full circle on her Yoga Journey, travelling to India in 2000. Yoga is very individual, we all have different bodies, different wants and needs, safety is important and learning the art of extending our practice whilst keeping ourselves safe is the key, utilizing Pranayama to re-connect with our bodies and avoid the fluctuations of the mind.

No classes on public holidays.
All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Please check your emails regularly. Courses are usually confirmed or cancelled 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
Refund Policy
We may, regretfully, have to cancel courses if we do not receive enough enrolments, in which case you will get a full refund.
We may choose to close a course if there is a high level of non-attendance or withdrawals, in which case a proportional refund may be made.
Wherever possible, we will offer replacement or extended sessions to make up for sessions cancelled/postponed/suspended due to extreme weather, tutor illness or other unforeseen reason.
If you need to withdraw from a course and you inform us in writing, at least a week before the course is due to start, you will be eligible for a refund minus a $20 administration charge.
If you withdraw from a course at any other time, you will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds are given after commencement of a course to ensure course viability.
