Venue Hire

Risingholme Community Centre is situated in a beautiful and peaceful English-style park setting with plenty of open space containing a childrens play area, out door seats, a drinking fountain and public toilets. The Risingholme homestead was built in 1864 and is now a multi-use facility available for hire by the community.

Please contact the City Council for permission to use the park.

Earthquake Update.
Please note – the Main House and Theatre are currently yellow stickered. This means that we are not in a position to hire this out at this stage as both buildings sustained damage in the earthquake and need to be fixed. We will update this as we know more.

The Bull Room is currently available for hire.
