Woodwork (Risingholme)
An opportunity to make projects of your choice while learning to use hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery. You will receive individual assistance from the tutor in a well equipped workshop. The class caters for both unskilled and skilled people. Wood needs to be clean, dressed and new.

Woodwork (Shirley Boys’ High)
This course runs 16 weeks over two terms. Following initial basic instruction, various forms of cabinet making and joinery will be possible. Students will be encouraged to design and construct their own projects and develop skills and confidence in the workshop. No recycled timber to be used. Costs depend on chosen project.
