In most cases classes will be taught by the tutor named in the brochure/website on the dates stated. We make every effort to make our programme as accurate as possible at the time of printing. We do, however, reserve the right to make any changes that may be necessary.
Fee $ 5 per session
An informal group that meets to keep alive the ancient art of wood inlay design and picture making. These sessions provide the opportunity to work with wood veneers to create practical gifts, works of art or just to challenge and express yourself in a relaxed environment with supportive group members. A crash course in learning patience as well as extending your skills.

Learn traditional wood carving skills in a relaxed and supportive environment, with tuition matched to individual needs.

WOODWORK
Mon 9 Feb/4 May/27 Jul/12 Oct
Fee $50 7 – 9 pm 8 wks
Location Risingholme
An opportunity to make projects of your choice while learning to use hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery. You will receive individual assistance from the tutor in a well equipped workshop. The class caters for both unskilled and skilled people. Wood needs to be clean, dressed and new.
