This course builds on established knowledge of the common chords and develops a wider use of the guitar fingerboard. Strumming and finger style techniques are broadened. Tuners useful and capos essential.

The orchestra rehearses each week for enjoyment in music making. The rehearsal times suit home-makers, retired people and students. The music includes classical and lighter music for presentation at concerts during the year.

Mondays 7.30 – 9.30 pm
Location: Risingholme
If you enjoy singing and can sing in tune the Risingholme Singers would love to hear from you. This group sings a wide variety of music and several public performances are given during the year. An ability to read music is an advantage but not essential. Male voices always wanted.
