Refund Policy
1. If a class does not commence due to insufficient enrolments, fees will be refunded fully.
2. A refund less $20 administration fee will be given if a student withdraws within one week prior to course commencement.
3. As many of our courses are run on a self-funded basis, it means that your enrolment may have helped to get a
course started. Therefore NO refunds given on the day of course commencement and after course commencement.
In all of our cooking classes (unless specified otherwise), the tutor demonstrates the first night and will then discuss what ingredients students need to bring weekly. Students to supply own tea towels, dish cloths and hand towels.

ASIAN COOKING: SOUTH EAST ASIAN FOODS FOR BEGINNERS Christchurch Girls' High

CHEESE MAKING – Introduction Shirley Boys' High J
Love cheese? Then come along to our two part course and learn how to make simple soft cheeses at home. Week one will include Mascarpone, Haloumi and Ricotta, and week two covers Mozzarella, Queso Blanco and Feta. Notes will be provided which include background information as well as recipes for making and using your cheese. Each session will finish off with a chance to sample some cheese.
