Mexican Cooking

If you long to discover the secret of cooking authentic Mexican food, let us open the door to one of the most magical and misunderstood cuisines of the world. Cook and learn the taste of Mexico; capture the traditions and cultures of these foods. Try the flavours with fresh salsas, sauces and unique dishes such as guacamole, frijoles, tortilla soup, mole sauce and much more. The course will include both demonstrations and hands on cooking experience. Approximate weekly costs of ingredients $20.

Rita Yosef is a qualified chef who lived in Israel for over 31 years before making New Zealand her home. She has a life-long interest in food and runs her own catering business, ‘My Home Chef’, catering for private functions and families.
