Mediterranean Cooking

If you are looking for healthy and tasty food from around the Mediterranean Sea, then this course is for you. Learn different methods of cooking and different flavours. Approximate weekly cost of ingredients $10-$15 but this may vary depending on food prices and types of recipes. Students to supply own tea towels, dish cloths and hand towels.
