Tutor Joanne Churcher

About your tutor
Joanne attended one of Katherine Mowbray’s classes and as a result starting making cheeses.  She enjoys making a wide variety of cheeses and find the results equal to and often superior to supermarket-bought cheese.  Like most artisan products, each home-made cheese batch tastes slightly different to the one made previously and that just adds to the appeal.  Joanne has been teaching cheese making since 2009 and can also demonstrate cheese making for small groups in private homes.  She was the guest cheese maker at the 2010 Ashburton A&P Show.
