Cake Decorating Workshop
In this one day workshop, you will learn to make various piped flowers with royal icing (e.g. daisies, sweet peas, apple blossoms, roses and more). Each term a different topic will be explored. Bring own lunch and electric beater (if you have one).

About your tutor
Terry Elliott has been teaching Cake Decorating since 1980. She was a member of the Canterbury Cake Decorators Guild for 10 years. She has won 7 medals in cake decorating competitions such as gold medals in the National Salon Culinaire competitions. She holds an International Judges A grade Certificate (Australia) and has worked as a travelling demonstrator for the Canterbury Cake Decorators Guild. She has exhibited her work at local and international exhibitions and is keen to share her skills with her students. Classes are easy and she tries to accommodate all the students’ requests and adapts the course to suit the students.
