Food and Cooking
We invite you to browse through a wide range of cooking courses.
In all of our cooking classes (unless specified otherwise), the tutor demonstrates the first night and will then discuss what ingredients students need to bring weekly. Weekly costs of ingredients approximately $20 – $25 but this may vary as food prices vary and may also depend on what requests students may have for dishes.
Students are asked to supply own tea towels, dish cloths and hand towels.

In most cases classes will be taught by the tutor named in the brochure/website on the dates stated. We make every effort to make our programme as accurate as possible at the time of printing. We do, however, reserve the right to make any changes that may be necessary. This include changes to time, venue and tutor.
Refund Policy
Cancellation by us.
We may regretfully have to cancel courses if we do not get enough enrolments in which case you will get a full refund. We may choose to close a course if there is a high level of non-attendance or withdrawal, in which case a proportional refund may be made.
Cancellation due to extreme weather
Wherever possible, we will offer replacement or extended sessions to make up for sessions cancelled due to extreme weather, tutor illness or other unforeseen reason.
Cancellation by the learner:
If you need to withdraw from a course and inform us in writing at least a week before the course is due to start, you will be eligible for a refund minus a $20 administration charge.
If you withdraw from a course at any other time, you will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds are given after commencement of a course to ensure course viability.
