Come along and see what you can do with a sewing machine, an overlocker, a needle and thread, some fabulous ideas and enjoyable company. A chance to make garments of your choice with everyone working on individual projects. In this group we make both children’s and adults’ clothing, we do sewing repairs and problem solving, make drapes and cushions, learn smocking, tailoring and how to adjust patterns to fit properly. Come and join our enthusiastic and friendly group. This course provides opportunity to gain confidence in literacy and numeracy which will enable students to further their tertiary education. This class is also suitable for very basic beginners.
