Yoga Riccarton

Are you looking for relaxation while increasing your physical fitness and flexibility?  Yoga offers the opportunity to learn postures and breathing techniques which will improve your mental and physical well-being by integrating body, mind and breath.  Suitable for all levels from beginners.  Wear loose clothing e.g. track pants or shorts, leggings without shoes.  A thin rubber camping roll and blanket are useful.

Students need to be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor for all Yoga classes.  No medical condition without prior medical approval.  We advise an empty stomach at least two hours prior to your class.
