Yoga Beginners
Gain a new healthy look as your posture improves, discover an antidote to stress and have more energy than before. Suitable for adults and teenagers 13+.
Students need to be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor for a Yoga class. No medical condition without medical approval. Bring own mat and wear comfortable clothing. We advise an empty stomach at least two hours prior to your class.
