Yoga Risingholme
A course of yoga flexibility movements, postures (Asana) and breathing exercises (Pranayama) followed by relaxation – suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Bring a Yoga mat and a blanket.
Students need to be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor for all Yoga classes. No medical condition without medical approval. Wear comfortable clothing.
