T’ai Chi Beginners

Relax and study T’ai  Chi.  Good for balance, postural alignment, breathing, being focussed and calm.  T’ai Chi is a good all round exercise that has the benefit of centuries of development.

With over 25 years of experience, I have sought to understand the full range of benefits that T’ai Chi has to offer, including health, wellbeing and artistic qualities.  In seeking this understanding, I have had the benefit of studying more detailed classical styles. Within a relaxed and friendly class, the Beginners class start with a clear emphasis on creating good postural habits, silk reeling, and moves to teaching a short sun style form. Wear comfortable clothing.
