Pilates Level 1
Integrate the main principles into methods of exercise and physical movement. This continuation course with more advanced exercises course helps you develop coordination, strength, flexibility and endurance. You will need to have completed the Beginners course. Please bring a yoga mat/towel and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing and bare feet in class.
