Pilates Beginners

In this introductory course find out exactly what Pilates is and what it can do for you and your body.  Start with the basic principles and then move onto the essential level exercises.  Suitable for adults and teenagers 13+.  Please bring a Yoga mat or towel and a water bottle.  Wear comfortable clothing and bare feet in class.
