Massage
Your chance to learn a new and practical skill. Ideal for those wishing to learn basic massage techniques. Everybody benefits from massage whether it is a baby, a sports person or an older person with aches and pains. If you are a parent or a sports coach, you can help your team improve their performance with massage, or you can use your skills to relax and soothe. After the introduction night, we will work on a different body area each week. A great way to “rub people up the right way”. Enrol with a partner but enquire if you are on your own as there may be some else in the same situation.
