Exercise & Belly Dancing
Join us for this great mix of Exercise Dancing followed by Belly Dancing.
First with Exercise Dancing, you get to move to popular music in a variety of short dance sequences based around walking and drawing from jazz, modern and belly dance.
These are easy to learn, so you can add your own flair as you get your exercise. Then on to Belly Dance, a Middle Eastern folk style, which uses mostly the torso, particularly the hips and the shoulders.
In the Belly Dance Section, you will begin to lear how to control your body to expand your dance vocabulary and improve core stability. All while having fun. No dance experience needed.
