The Dinner Tonight Series
These extra earlier, shorter classes are great for those who don’t want to be out late. Your prepared dish can then be taken home for your “dinner tonight”. Courses available on three nights of the week. A list of requirements will be given on the first night which is demonstration only. Extra weekly cost of ingredients.

Indian Dinner Tonight
This course coveres introduction to various spices used in Indian Cooking as well as basic recipes. Dishes are easy to prepare and include butter chicken, tandori chicken etc. Students to supply own tea towels, dish cloths and hand towels.
