Pottery Experienced
This class is suitable for students with some prior experience in working with clay.
In this class we will cover all areas of pottery and ceramic art, from throwing, glazing and decorating to designing, sculpting and firing. Participants are encouraged to work on term long projects.
During the course, we will also look at casseroles and baking dishes, with and without handles and lids (this includes successful throwing and glazing of gallery and lid).
An experienced tutor will assist you in developing your own projects with demonstrations, technical support and theoretical background information. Bring (or make) your own mug for morning tea. Some prior experience required (– if unsure, discuss with the tutor).
